Earning my degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University fueled my passion, and every kitchen I've stepped into has been a stepping stone to mastering my craft.

As Corporate Executive Chef for Specialty Restaurants Corporations, I spearheaded operations for a portfolio of 16 restaurants, ranging from vibrant tiki bars to high-end steakhouses. My leadership resulted in a remarkable 22% revenue increase, alongside a significant $1.8 million cost saving through strategic management.
